Care, use, and safety
- Wash the product before first use and check that it is intact.
- It is dishwasher safe. Arrange the pieces stably so they do not hit each other, use a program suitable for decorated ceramics, and follow detergent instructions.
- When hand washing, use a mild detergent, lukewarm water, and a soft sponge. Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders, and aggressive scrubbing on the glaze.
- It is microwave safe according to the specific reference instructions. Heat gradually and handle with caution: the tableware can become hot. Avoid heating it empty.
- Do not use in a traditional oven, freezer, on an open flame, or on a stovetop. Avoid thermal shock, such as moving it from a cold surface to a very hot one.
- Avoid hitting the edges or clashing dishes against each other. When stacking and storing, place pieces carefully and use soft protection between decorated surfaces if necessary.
- Do not use cracked or chipped dishes, or those with damaged glazing. Variations in the hand-painted decoration are an aesthetic feature; cracks and chips are damage.
- In case of breakage, collect and dispose of the fragments carefully. Ceramics should not be placed in glass recycling: follow your local council's regulations.
Glazed ceramic suitable for food contact, according to the supplier's documentation. Do not use chipped, cracked, or damaged-glaze products. Avoid thermal shock and follow instructions for microwave and dishwasher use.
