Care, use, and safety
- Wash the product before first use and check that it is intact.
- It is dishwasher safe. Arrange the pieces stably without them hitting each other, use a cycle suitable for decorated ceramic, and follow the detergent instructions.
- When washing by hand, use mild detergent, lukewarm water, and a soft sponge. Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders, and aggressive scrubbing on the glaze.
- It is microwave safe according to the specific reference indications. Heat gradually and handle with care: the tableware can become hot. Avoid heating it when empty.
- Do not use in a conventional oven, freezer, on an open flame, or on hot plates. Avoid thermal shock, such as moving it from a cold surface to a very hot one.
- Avoid impacts on the edges and between pieces of tableware. When stacking and storing, place the pieces carefully and use soft protection between decorated surfaces if necessary.
- Do not use cracked or chipped tableware, or items with damaged glaze. Variations in the hand-painted decor are an aesthetic feature; cracks and chips are damage.
- In case of breakage, collect and dispose of the fragments carefully. Ceramic does not go into glass recycling: follow your local municipal rules.
Glazed ceramic suitable for food contact, according to the supplier's documentation. Do not use chipped, cracked, or glaze-damaged products. Avoid thermal shock and follow the microwave and dishwasher instructions.
