Care and maintenance
Description
Genesis Serafino Zani lid: a shape dedicated to preparation, to be chosen based on the recipe and quantities. Materials and construction details accompany the pleasure of cooking with well-crafted tools.
The right lid completes the vessel
Choose the lid according to the indicated line and diameter. The nominal size alone does not guarantee a match between different collections: the rim profile, fit, and handles are all part of the design.
Ideas for use and completion
Complete the coordinated vessel of the same size; always verify the line in addition to the diameter.
Genesis belongs to the tradition of Serafino Zani steel tools: shapes for cooking and components to be chosen in relation to the recipe, quantities, and the equipment already present at home.
How to use it
- Cover the vessel of the compatible size
- Manage steam and humidity according to the recipe
- Complete or replace the lid of the collection

Care and use
Wash with mild detergent and a non-abrasive sponge, rinse, and dry. Avoid chlorine-based products and standing water. For cookware, allow to cool before washing and do not overheat when empty.
Use the product according to its function and the instructions for the reference. For food contact, use clean and intact surfaces. Vessels, handles, and lids can get hot: use suitable pot holders. For potential oven use, respect the limits of the body, handles, and lid.
