Care and maintenance
Description
Genesis Serafino Zani lid: a shape dedicated to preparation, to be chosen based on the recipe and quantities. Materials and design details enhance the pleasure of cooking with well-crafted tools.
The right lid completes the vessel
Choose the lid according to the indicated line and diameter. The nominal size alone does not guarantee compatibility between different collections: the rim profile, fit, and handles are all part of the design.
Ideas for use and pairing
Pair with the matching vessel of the same size; always check the line in addition to the diameter.
Genesis belongs to the tradition of Serafino Zani steel cookware: forms for cooking and components to be chosen in relation to the recipe, quantities, and the equipment already in your home.
How to use it
- Cover the compatible size vessel
- Manage steam and moisture according to the recipe
- Complete or replace the collection's lid

Care and use
Wash with mild detergent and a non-abrasive sponge, rinse, and dry. Avoid chlorine-based products and standing water. For cookware, allow to cool before washing and do not overheat when empty.
Use the product according to its function and the instructions for the reference. For food contact, use clean, intact surfaces. Vessels, handles, and lids can get hot: use suitable oven mitts. For any use in the oven, respect the limits of the body, handles, and lid.
