Care and maintenance
Description
Serafino Zani Genesis lid: a shape dedicated to preparation, to be chosen based on the recipe and quantities. Materials and construction details accompany the pleasure of cooking with well-crafted tools.
The right lid completes the pot
Choose the lid based on the indicated line and diameter. The nominal size alone does not guarantee a match between different collections: the edge profile, resting surface, and handles are all part of the design.
Ideas for use and pairing
Complete the matching pot of the same size; always check the collection line in addition to the diameter.
Genesis belongs to the tradition of Serafino Zani steel tools: cooking shapes and components to be chosen in relation to the recipe, quantities, and the equipment you already have at home.
How to use it
- Cover a pot of the compatible size
- Manage steam and moisture according to the recipe
- Complete or replace the lid from the collection

Care and use
Wash with a mild detergent and a non-abrasive sponge, rinse, and dry. Avoid chlorine-based products and standing water. For cookware, allow it to cool before washing and do not overheat when empty.
Use the product according to its function and the item's instructions. Use clean, intact surfaces for food contact. Pots, handles, and lids can become hot: use suitable oven mitts. For oven use, respect the limits of the body, handles, and lid.
