Description

Tarcisio Zani designed Karen around cylindrical bodies and perpendicular handles. The geometry helps organise a coordinated cookware collection; in the cooking vessels, stainless steel and a heat-diffusing base support everyday cooking with attention to materials and proportions.

Care and use
Allow to cool before washing. Use hot water, mild detergent, and a non-abrasive sponge; for stubborn residue, soften the dirt with water and detergent before removing it. Rinse and dry to limit water spots and deposits. Do not use bleach or chlorine-based products, and do not rapidly cool a hot vessel. Stainless steel does not require seasoning: cooking depends on gradual preheating and proper management of heat and fats. For dishwasher and oven use, as well as for handles and lids, follow the specific instructions for each item.
Use the product according to its intended function and the instructions for the specific item. For food contact, use clean and intact surfaces. Vessels, handles, and lids can become hot: use suitable oven mitts. For possible oven use, respect the limits of the body, handles, and lid.
