The glazing, even on the base, is a contribution to ease of cleaning and long-term durability: it helps protect the product from moisture infiltration. Care, use, and safety
- Wash the product before first use and check that it is intact.
- It is dishwasher safe. Place the pieces stably without them touching, use a program suitable for decorated ceramics, and follow the detergent instructions.
- By hand, use mild detergent, warm water, and a soft sponge. Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders, and aggressive scrubbing on the glaze.
- It is microwave safe according to the reference indications. Heat gradually and handle with caution: the tableware may become hot. Avoid heating it empty.
- Do not use in a conventional oven, freezer, or on flames or hot plates. Avoid thermal shocks, such as moving from a cold surface to a very hot one.
- Avoid impacts on edges and between items. To stack and store, place the pieces carefully and use a soft protector between decorated surfaces if necessary.
- Do not use cracked or chipped tableware, or items with damaged glazing. Variations in the hand-painted pattern are an aesthetic characteristic; cracks and chips are damage.
- In case of breakage, collect and dispose of fragments carefully. Ceramic does not go into glass recycling: follow your local council's rules.
Glazed ceramic suitable for food contact, according to supplier documentation. Do not use chipped, cracked, or damaged-glaze products. Avoid thermal shocks and follow the instructions for microwave and dishwasher.
