Care and maintenance
Description
Neva Abete Rosa Corallo. Slotted turner for lifting and turning food and transferring it from the cooking surface to the plate. The slots allow some liquid to drain as the food is lifted.
Wood-effect grains and textures bring warmth to the table. The decorated handle evokes natural materials and coordinates with solid-colored textiles, ceramics, and glassware, for a set with a country or contemporary feel. The nylon functional part is designed to work carefully on cooking surfaces, while the decorated polyester handle coordinates the utensil with other items in the collection. Neva design, decoration, and production originate in Lumezzane, in the Brescia cutlery district.
How to use it
- Lift and turn foods compatible with the surface
- Drain off some liquids or fats while serving
