Made of high thickness 18/10 stainless steel, with titanium coating , exploiting a technology usually used in the aerospace field, Serafino Zani has achieved with Thema a perfect combination of titanium and stainless steel . A product that enhances the characteristics of absolute hygiene in the use of steel with the maximum guarantee of resistance and inalterability to any external agent. The application of a material such as Titanium to the outside of steel pieces, in addition to improving their aesthetic appearance, increases their thermos effect and mechanical resistance.

Sprayed at very high speed (approx. 1 Mach) and at very high temperature (approx. 2,700 °C) on the body of the pan, the titanium coating penetrates the steel surface, thus making it extremely resistant to any external agent or scratch.
The handles are covered in a steel spiral which quickly disperses heat, allowing the dishes to be used in the easiest and safest way.

Titanium, an advanced material with very high resistance to any corrosive agent used in the space and aeronautical fields, has been "bent" to serve functionality and beauty.

Through the exclusive Titan Coat molecular fusion process it was possible to obtain this combination with stainless steel, creating a product that enhances the characteristics of absolute hygiene in use with the maximum guarantee of inalterability and resistance to any external agent. Any residue of material that may remain "clinging" to the titanium during use is removed with a common sponge; any marks resulting from overheating or washing the object are easily eliminated with a cloth soaked in cooking oil. In this simple way the warm, original color of Titanium is restored to the dish.

The "true and right" shape of Thema cookware, combined with the Titan Coat, allows for a homogeneous distribution of heat on the body of the pan and its prolonged maintenance over time. The handles, with differentiated sections and with the "spiral" for maximum heat insulation, common to the pots, lids, coffee maker and all the utensils making up the series, are absolutely unique in their kind.
The internal mirror polishing and the patented heat-diffusing base are among the most salient characteristics of this tableware. Well yes! Just beautiful to look at and use. And finally, even to put in the dishwasher. No problem.
