The current market, in addition to fabric, offers solutions in paper or non-woven fabric produced with viscose, polyester, polypropylene or other synthetic fibres derived from petroleum. The CottonOne tablecloth, on the other hand, being composed of 100% PURE COTTON, offers the following advantages:

1: ECOLOGICAL AND RENEWABLE SOURCE: Cotton is a natural fiber that comes from agricultural crops whose flowering cycle varies from 8 to 9 months. A TREE INSTEAD NEEDS AT LEAST 20 YEARS TO FORM. From this we can see how many trees could be saved with the sole use of cotton napkins instead of paper. Traditional non-woven napkins deserve a separate discussion, as they are neither organic nor biodegradable and therefore harmful to the environment. Even cloth napkins, given the frequent washing with chemical products, have a negative effect on the environment.
2: SOFTNESS: The exceptional comfort and softness to the touch derive from the nature of the raw material: 100% pure cotton.
3: SUPER ABSORBENCY: One gram of cotton absorbs 16 times its weight.
4: PRACTICALITY: Compared to a traditional cloth napkin, CottonOne allows you to eliminate traditional laundry costs. It is also possible to easily and cost-free renew the table or the room by choosing between different patterns and colors.

What Cotton-One offers:

IFS HPC CERTIFICATE. The most stringent and difficult to obtain industry certificate today. What does this certificate guarantee? The ultimate goal of this standard is to ensure that household and personal care products are quality products, safe and compliant with the strict rules dictated by the community market.
BIODEGRADABILITY AND COMPOSTABILITY. Cotton-One is certified according to UNI ENI 13432- 200 through “Innovhub experimental stations for industry” – ACCREDIA certified laboratory. The test report N. RTP SSS 170070, obtained from the positive outcome of the certification, establishes that Cotton-One® products are 100% compostable.
FOOD CONTACT. EC regulation 1935/2004 states: any material and object intended to be put into contact with food products must follow specific measures before being placed on the market.

ORGANIC. The ICEA certification for textile products in natural fibers from organic farming is the most used in the organic field, as it offers the consumer significant guarantees in terms of reliability and naturalness. The certification guarantees: a product free from substances potentially harmful to humans or the environment and a product subjected to strict controls, capable of guaranteeing the use of safe and natural formulations. The aforementioned certification is in accordance with the requirements set by the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) and Organic Content Standard (OCS).

While CottonOne's primary function is to replace disposable products, made of paper or non-woven fabric, which are mainly made of materials that are harmful to humans and the environment and are treated with chemical additives, it is possible to wash tablecloths (not napkins) 2/3 times at a maximum of 30° and then iron them.
Afterwards, by cutting them, the tablecloths can be used to make excellent tea towels, perfect for cleaning any surface, thanks to their high power.
