Made of culinary opal, the line consists of baking dishes available in three shapes for all sweet and savoury preparations: oval, round and rectangular, the latter available in two different sizes, to which the essential ramequins are added. Thanks to their resistance up to 250°C, NIVIS baking dishes are perfect for traditional ovens and microwaves. Shock-resistant, practical and easy to clean, thanks to the total absence of porosity, they do not absorb odours, flavours or food pigments: for this reason they are conveniently dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer safe and are highly hygienic and safe for food preservation.

The cooking products can go in the dishwasher. However, it is advisable to wash them by hand to prolong the average life of the product.
