Memento Originale products are the result of an artisan crafting and blowing process, guaranteeing a series of unique characteristics, starting from the physical nature of the glass itself and its characteristic bubbles. The artisan workmanship of Memento products means that every single glass may vary in tone and color intensity, base shape, parison shape, stem shape, bubble density, base thickness, body thickness, height, width, and regularity of the internal and external surfaces. These aesthetic variations of artisan workmanship make Memento a unique product; indeed, no two objects will ever be the same.

Care, use, and safety
- Wash the product before first use and check that it is intact.
- It is dishwasher safe. Place it stably, leaving space between pieces to avoid contact and bumps during the cycle; choose a delicate program suitable for glass and a non-abrasive detergent.
- By hand, use lukewarm water, neutral detergent, and a soft sponge. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth, without forcing the rim or twisting the stem of the goblets.
- Avoid thermal shock: do not pour very hot liquids into cold glass and do not suddenly cool a hot object. For cups and mugs, bring the glass to temperature gradually.
- Do not use in a traditional oven, microwave, or on flames and hot plates. The product is intended for service, not for cooking or heating food.
- Avoid bumps, drops, utensils that may strike the rim, steel wool, and abrasive products. Do not forcibly stack shapes that are not designed to be stackable.
- Do not use pieces with cracks, chips, or damaged edges. These damages are not included in the normal aesthetic variations of artisan glass.
- In case of breakage, collect fragments with protective gloves and clean thoroughly. For the disposal of glass and packaging, follow the rules of your local municipality.
Glassware for serving beverages and food, suitable for food contact according to supplier documentation. Do not use cracked or chipped pieces; avoid thermal shock, oven, and microwave.
