Made with the best materials, united in a body composed of 3 different layers:

• Internal layer in 18/10 STAINLESS STEEL, excellent material in terms of hygiene and durability, practically indestructible.
• Intermediate layer in ALUMINUM, a fundamental material for homogeneous and uniform heat distribution.
• External layer in real and beautiful HAMMERED COPPER, to optimize heat conduction: copper transmits it up to 10 times faster than steel.
• STAINLESS STEEL handle

Composition:

• 28 cm pan for creaming, sautéing, quick cooking over low heat
• 18 cm saucepan for stirring, sautéing, quick cooking, low heat cooking
• 24cm saucepan for boiling, blanching and poaching
• 24 cm pan for toasting, stewing and creaming
