The ACCENTO collection, like all the objects created for the "Passami il Sale" program, summarizes the innovative and essential design and an unmistakable aesthetic power combined with functionality that well represent the fundamental values of Serafino Zani's production and Konstantin Grcic's style.
Serafino Zani offers cutlery for all ways and styles of enjoying the table. All series are suitable for both everyday use and the elegant table of special occasions: they include both individual place settings (including specialized cutlery and various sizes of teaspoons) and the serving series. The cutlery maintains the design and production quality typical of all Serafino Zani products: they are perfectly balanced and pleasant to the touch, built with very thick 18/10 quality stainless steel, perfectly polished and finished by hand.
The minimal language of Konstantin Grcic recounts in an unusual way everyday typologies of the domestic panorama: the trays, the basket, the salad cutlery, the cruet and salt and pepper set, the baking dishes, the cutlery, the pots and the pressure cooker . 'Pass me the salt', a complex project begun in 2007, reinterprets steel through basic geometries, asymmetries and clean cuts, like extremely simple metallic origami capable of making you feel the hand of those who made them.
