Collection: Zani&Zani

Cutlery yes, but designer. This is the philosophy of Zani&Zani , which has always entrusted the study of its refined collections of kitchen and table objects to important names such as Enzo Mari. He designed the Piuma and Toscolano cutlery, the Smith and Smith collection of utensils, and the Copernico pots.

The Sabrina cutlery and tea sets, designed in 1965 by Carla Nencioni and Armando Moleri, are still highly sought after and collectible.

Thanks to Zani&Zani, Ettore Sottsass also measures himself against the symbol of a typically Italian ritual. His Lazaniezani interprets the theme of the coffee pot with rigorous shapes, choosing a classic conical geometry, reworked through the superposition of two elements. The water tank is made of cast aluminium, while the upper cover, which almost looks like a skirt, is made of lightened steel with a fretwork pattern. The handle, solid and square, is in black bakelite.

Tagliadividicucina looks like a box, but in reality it is a practical system for managing all culinary preparations like a chef. Designed by Giancarlo Aldighieri for Zani&Zani, it is a modular chopping board equipped with side trays in which we can neatly store cut vegetables and foods, separating them from waste, without dirtying the kitchen worktop. Thanks to the modularity of the containers, in black steel with non-stick treatment, the compositions are many and the uses are absolutely flexible. The set includes 2 cutting boards: a smooth one for vegetables and one with horizontal cuts for bread and meat.
