Care and maintenance
Description
Sthilo lid by Serafino Zani: a shape dedicated to preparation, to be chosen based on the recipe and quantities. Materials and design details enhance the pleasure of cooking with well-crafted tools.
The right lid completes the vessel
Choose the lid based on the indicated collection and diameter. The nominal size alone does not guarantee compatibility between different collections: the edge profile, seating, and handles are all part of the design.
Ideas for use and completion
Complete the coordinated vessel of the same size; always check the collection in addition to the diameter.
The Sthilo project by Tarcisio Zani connects a cylindrical shape with the design of the handles. A sober presence in the kitchen, to be completed with components from the same collection and of the intended diameter.
How to use it
- Cover a compatible sized vessel
- Manage steam and moisture according to the recipe
- Complete or replace the lid from the collection
