Care and maintenance
Description
Serafino Zani Solaris lid: a shape dedicated to preparation, to be chosen according to the recipe and quantities. Materials and design details enhance the pleasure of cooking with well-crafted tools.
The right lid completes the vessel
Choose the lid according to the indicated line and diameter. The nominal size alone does not guarantee compatibility between different collections: the rim profile, fit, and handles are all part of the design.
Ideas for use and completion
Complete the matching vessel of the same size; always check the collection line in addition to the diameter.
The Solaris project by Tarcisio Zani reinterprets the classic pot shape through the contrast between polished and satin-finished edges. A recognizable line that allows you to coordinate cookware and accessories without sacrificing the character of stainless steel.
How to use it
- Cover a compatible sized vessel
- Manage steam and moisture according to the recipe
- Complete or replace a lid from the collection

Care and use
Wash with mild detergent and a non-abrasive sponge, rinse, and dry. Avoid chlorine-based products and stagnant water. For cooking vessels, allow to cool before washing and do not overheat when empty.
Use the product according to its function and the item instructions. For food contact, use clean and intact surfaces. Vessels, handles, and lids can get hot: use suitable oven mitts. If using in the oven, observe the temperature limits of the body, handles, and lid.
