Stainless steel 18/10 Scandia lid ø 20 cm. Mirror-polished external body, with finely satin-finished interior. Scandia proposes the typical characteristics of Serafino Zani production: use of high-quality and thick materials, great attention to details and finishes, equipped with the patented Zani heat-diffusing bottom.

Serafino Zani manufactures its pots and pans in the Lumezzane factory in Brescia, using only high-quality stainless steel. Steel is used in all components and details, and is always applied in generous thicknesses that guarantee constant heat distribution and non-deformability over time.

The edge of the lid is coined in such a way as to allow it to fit very precisely, preventing the steam from escaping quickly during use, wasting heat, and preventing the lid from dancing.

Serafino Zani handles are designed to significantly slow down heat transmission, paying attention to materials, shapes, and contact surfaces with the body of the pot. Specifically, the knob is made from a 18/10 stainless steel rod, bent into an arch and then flattened in the part welded to the body, thus making the weld more resistant to impacts.

The very curved shape of the knob makes it easy to grip and slows down overheating due to its proximity to the body of the pot.
