Care, use, and safety
- Wash the product before first use and check that it is intact.
- It is dishwasher safe. Place it stably, leaving space between pieces to avoid contact and impact during the cycle; choose a delicate program suitable for glass and a non-abrasive detergent.
- For hand washing, use lukewarm water, neutral detergent, and a soft sponge. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth, without forcing the rim or twisting the stems of glasses.
- Avoid thermal shock: do not pour very hot liquids into cold glass and do not abruptly cool a hot object. For cups and mugs, bring the glass gradually to temperature.
- Do not use in a traditional oven, microwave, or on flames and stovetops. The product is intended for serving, not for cooking or heating food.
- Avoid impacts, drops, utensils that could hit the rim, steel wool, and abrasive products. Do not forcibly stack shapes that are not designed to be stackable.
- Do not use pieces with cracks, chips, or damaged edges. Such damage does not fall under normal aesthetic variations of artisan glass.
- In case of breakage, collect fragments with protective gloves and clean thoroughly. For the disposal of glass and packaging, follow your local regulations.
Glassware for serving drinks and food, suitable for food contact according to supplier documentation. Do not use cracked or chipped pieces; avoid thermal shock, oven, and microwave use.
