Care, use, and safety
- Wash the product before first use and check that it is intact.
- It is dishwasher safe. Place it stably, leaving space between pieces to avoid contact and impact during the cycle; choose a delicate program suitable for glass and a non-abrasive detergent.
- By hand, use lukewarm water, neutral detergent, and a soft sponge. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth, without forcing the rim or twisting the stem of goblets.
- Avoid thermal shock: do not pour very hot liquids into cold glass and do not abruptly cool a hot object. For cups and small mugs, bring the glass gradually to temperature.
- Do not use in a traditional oven, microwave, or on flames and hot plates. The product is intended for serving, not for cooking or heating food.
- Avoid impacts, falls, utensils that might strike the rim, and scouring pads or abrasive products. Do not forcibly stack shapes that are not designed to be stackable.
- Do not use pieces with cracks, chips, or damaged edges. Such damage does not fall within the normal aesthetic variations of artisan glass.
- In case of breakage, collect the fragments with protective gloves and clean thoroughly. Follow your local municipality's rules for disposing of glass and packaging.
Glassware for serving drinks and food, suitable for food contact according to supplier documentation. Do not use cracked or chipped pieces; avoid thermal shock, ovens, and microwaves.
