Produced in Italy, the Noir wok by Emporio Zani is characterized by its modern and elegant appearance, given by the black color with white silk-screen printing on the bottom - suitable for use on traditional, glass-ceramic and induction hobs - and by the particular brilliance of the high-quality three-layer Teflon Profile non-stick coating. Diameter 30 cm, the Chinese wok is made of high thickness forged aluminium, to allow homogeneous heat distribution and facilitate better temperature preservation of food, with ergonomic thermosetting handle and glass lid. Dishwasher safe. With higher edges than a normal pan, with the shape borrowed from the traditional Chinese pan, the Noir non-stick wok is the ideal choice for versatile, low-fat gourmet cooking.
